Your Step-by-Step Guide to Joining ERA

Step 1: Let’s Talk

STEP 2: Submit Application to Transfer Estate Agent

Once you’ve signed the Associate Agreement with ERA, we’ll assist you in applying for In-Principle Approval (IPA) from CEA to transfer your registration from your current estate agency to ERA.

During this period, you can continue operating under your existing agency while CEA processes your transfer application. The IPA typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to be approved.

To complete your registration with ERA, please prepare the following documents:

  1. NRIC (front & back)

  2. A soft copy of your corporate photo

  3. Proof of income received over the past 12 months

  4. Current company business card

  5. Proof of CPD compliance for the current CPD cycle (for applications submitted from 1 July onwards)

  6. Clearance of any outstanding CPF Medisave liabilities

  7. Transaction records for the past 12 months (for team leaders)

STEP 3: CEA Confirmation & Resignation from Current Estate Agency

Once CEA grants the In-Principle Approval, ERA will notify you to proceed with your resignation from your current agency. After your existing estate agent submits your resignation to CEA, your transfer will be officially confirmed.
